Welcome to Web Freebie Wednesday (sorry this is a couple days late). Today's freebie is FastWeb. FastWeb is a free scholarship database online. Students of any age can create a profile and FastWeb will match them with available scholarships that match their criteria. While some scholarships depend on grades there are tons that don't. Many of them only require an essay to apply. It runs completely through your internet browser so no downloads are required. PDF Escape allows you to add text, images, and hyperlinks to PDF documents. You can also add form fields, and shapes such as arrows, circles, check marks, and lines. There is even a white out function.

I spent a long time looking for a free PDF editor and was very satisfied when I discovered PDF Escape. A paid PDF editor can cost anywhere between $50 - $600. The name brand PDF Editor is Adobe Acrobat, which is $599.00 online. PDF Escape is completely free with no watermarks. The option to purchase a paid upgrade with no ads and more features is available.
